I had a problem trying to install Blackbox from a USB stick. It's a 64gb stick - nothing special. I turned my VU off put the pen drive in and turned on but nothing happened. After a few attempts I tried a different USB, a 16gb version. Worked straight away.
I formatted BOTH USBs exactly the same way before attempting the installation, both to MSDOS FAT so that wasn't the problem. Also the 64gb USB isn't specially powered - just works through a normal USB port on my laptop.
I now wonder if my VU cannot cope with large USBs ?
Thought I'd post this in case anyone else has a similar problem...try a smaller USB first and see if that solves it...
