Preview of selected channel - is it possible?

Hi,
Is it possible to preview channel before choosing it? I mean when I'm on channel list, be able to press (choose) channel once, and would be then on preview only, then press again for full screen and exit menu?

As at the moment after pressing OK immediately goes to full screen and exit menu
