hi am having a problem wtih vu duo image is blackhole the new 1

the problem is channels on my box work but sometime go off and i have to restart box then theyll come on its only a few channels the rest are fine only some asians all the rest are perfect i know its not my line as i have a diffrent box and its perfect on there also not the frequency is all uptodate

also some channels audio is just mute

please advise and help me its frustrating
