Request problem after scanning new frequency in vu+duo last blackhole 2.13

there is a great problem with this blackhole 2.13
when we do new scan frequency
i don't find the new channels
we must have them in
folder
last scanned but it is
empty
please try to scan
frequency
and you find this problem
test and tell us the solution

Specifiy SAT and TP you tried to scan.

All SATs are very strange ... have you checked your dish, coax cables and connections?

yes i have signal .
but when i do searching channels i see that i find 10 or 11 channels for exemple
but when i go to the folder last scanned
i don't find them
please do a test

Uhm ..... Take a look in the GREEN section of channel list please and not into the BLUE section (Favourites).
Favourites IS NOT AUTO-POPULATED.
