Problem finding 28,2e

Hi to All i'm new owner of VU+duo2,i was using technomate,problem is with technomate i get all channels,all 2 satellites,with VU+ i find one satellite which is 4,9e but can't find any channels from 28,2e tried scanning few times with no luck,downloaded channel list but no signal.. using old sky dish,any ideas?any help?

Realign your sky dish to 28.2 ,select fixed dish in sat set up ,manual scan of 28.2 and you should have lift off.
