Problem finding 28,2e

Hi to All i'm new owner of VU+duo2,i was using technomate,problem is with technomate i get all channels,all 2 satellites,with VU+ i find one satellite which is 4,9e but can't find any channels from 28,2e tried scanning few times with no luck,downloaded channel list but no signal..:( using old sky dish,any ideas?any help?

Realign your sky dish to 28.2 ,select fixed dish in sat set up ,manual scan of 28.2 and you should have lift off.
