Problem moving between satellites

Hi All
I have a VU+Duo on a motorised (usals) system and using BH image 1.7.3 . I am having problems moving between Satellites.
I should be able to move between satellites using the remote control :-
Channel button- Greenbutton (satellites)-and change satellite, however, this does not work.

The only way I can move between Satellites is :-
Set up- Service searching- Satfinder, this is the only way I can move between Satellites.

Can anyone help please?

How do you have it setup in menu, setup, service searching, tuner configuration ??

Verify with care the tuner configuration: I've a USALS rotor and all works correctly using the Simple Setup -> Lat & Long settings setted up and the dish turn correctly

Yes.......as you say- then Reception settings 'Simple'- Mode 'Positioner'

It's correct.
Inside it, you must configure your geo-position for USALS rotors and then press "OK" to store these params in the box.
