Problem on boot

Hi all, I've a problem on my VU+DUO.
When the box starts, sometimes happens that on lcd remains "STARTING"... (normally after some seconds it have to become "Vu duo".)
In this case the box appears to start normally, but at the end the boot cannot send nothing by remote code... only solution is OFF/ON by rer button.
It seems to happen either on start by rear button either on restart by menu

I think this is problem with epg i have notice this too when epg was corupted.
Somethimes help setup epg backup on usb or hdd.
