problem on some frequencies VU+Uno 4K SE

Hello,

I have a problem on some frequencies in "Badr 4/5/6/7 & Es'hail 2 at 26.0 ° E"

The problem is , for example this frequency "12034" in this frequency, there are approximately more than 10 channels, and more or less four of them work and the rest do not. The signal is 71% and the quality is 95%. It just displays a black screen. I have another receiver "GI S8120E" with openatv-6.4 and the same frequency "12034", all the channels work without any problem.
I tried different Images and i have the same problem.
Note, but when I use stream Openwebif with" VLC media player" all the channels work

i also got some problems with my new vu uno se 4k tuner
but i see that after more than a month no one give you any answer
