Problem to flashing my Vu+ Duo2

Hi,
I am trying to flash the black hole 2.7.1 on my duo2. When I plug in my usb stick and turn on the switch on the back, there is no massage on the front display. I have the folder duo 2 on my usb. The folder as 5 flies in it. The box just show the channel on the panel.
 
The last Black Hole is version 2.1.7.
How long have you owned your VU+ Duo 2?
When you switch on the power, at the rear, you should see a message showing your bootloader, does it state CFE V2?
If not you will need to first update your bootloader, in the same way you load an image:

If it's already updated please try a different USB stick, formatted to FAT 32, and hold down the power button, on the front, after turning the rear switch on.
