Problem transfering movies from pc to Vu + uno

Hi never had a problem before but i cannot seem to transfer movie from my pc or record anymore onto my Vu + uno.Although i can transfer movies already on my vu back to my pc.Very strange?
I have even reflashed my box but to no avail.
