Problem whit hotbird freq 10723 H 29900

hi im from iran in this freq 1 persian channel in name DIDAR GLOBAL TV whill broadcasting in my box and blackhole image no sound and in each times no video but when i use time shift in 1 or 3 seq and press play bottum video and audio runing good and no problem
is this problem from my box ???

hi every body

i have the same problem by solo on radio ( radio farda) on Badr-4/5/6 @ 26° East
no sound on this radio channel but use by dreambox 7020 it was OK
