Problem with BH 1.7.9 light

Actually on my Vu+Duo I have BH Image 1.6.6 installed. Try to upgrade and install image BH 1.7.9 (light)- installation past O.K. , but when try to do Personal Backup- received message that path is needed, then that something is “incompatible”….
I have motor system 42 East to 30 West.
Heard this last image is much better, , faster and so on, but if I am unable to do Personal Backup, then I am afraid to forget it.
I am very surprised why is impossible to execute Personal Backup from BH 1.6.6 to BH 1.7.9 and what can be the reason for that inconvenient.
If anyone can help to solve this problem, let me know please.
Found that for upgrade BH 1.6.6 to newest images with possibility to make bh Personal Backup is necessary to install kernel 1.3.3 beta 2 before installing any new image, but I can’t find from were to download it. Only what found is same file as the old one cfe_cfe_ what I used when passing from BH 1.4.. into this installed now-BH 1.6.6.
Any assistance and help is appreciated

Check the path location:-

Menu>BH Personal Backup>Setup(Yellow)> /media/hdd/.....save (red).

I think your personal backup from made in BH Image 1.6.6 is very old .
I think no will be work good on BH 1.7.9 try setup all from begined.
If in your personal backup is only setting; setup network; setup A/V try but i think beter will be setup all fro begined.

By installing this one I'll be able to make ph Peronal Backup in newly installed Image.

There is a difference between kernels installed in BH 1.6.6 and versions which comes later.
In these new BH versions is installed kernel 1.1.3. beta 2,3....
I try to upgrade to BH imaage 1.7.9 ( light ) once again, but after when try to make bh Personal Backup, failled and received this message:
" Sorry.Personal Backup found but is not compatible with the new firmware based on the new kernel"
Since now I did'nt find solution to solve this problem

The error message is too clear: move backup from 1.6.6 and 1.7.9 is not possible.
Only one solution: reconfigure your new image.
