problem with failed tuner

hi all i have a vu ultimo and its all set up and running but on certain channels i get tune failed even tho i no that the frequency is right can anyone help?
 
yes i no all working ive tried another channel list and seems to work even tho the list that didnt work worked on my mates ultimo how can that be explained?

Do a manual scan of non receivable channels. You probably have low signal level to receive them.
