problem with green screen

Hello,

i have Vu solo2 with black hole...i have a big problem very often with green screens...Vu solo crashes and when is restarting , looses all the settings and asks me to reinstall it from start...Why is this happens ???Is there any way so not to loose my settings or to reboot with my last settings as it was ??? Thanks
 
Unfortunately i cant connect through network and ftp...I have green screens and crashing when i set network with DHCP and with IP manual i cant connect, i have an error..Is there anything else i can do through the menu of the Vu+ ???
 
finally i made a flash...i have another problem now..i installed some skins and after restart image doesnt load...a skin must cause the problem...how can i load with ftp with another skin ???
