Problem with high frequencies

Hi Guys, please forgive me if this is wrong section,
I have noticed that my Duo will not lock into signals over about 12.400ghz.
This happens on all my dishes/LNBs. Can anyone help please? Or is there a way to change the LO if that is the problem?

Long time ago I had the same problem with my old Dreambox 7020. There was tuner problem. After tuner exchange I have got All channels.
