Problem with new BIS TV Viaccess card

Hi to all !
I have a new BIS TV Viaccess card . When i put it on smartcard reader of my VU+ Solo , i cannot get access to the channels of the package.
The providers told me that my receiver is not viaccess ACS3.1 secured chip , thats why i cannot clear their channels.
You have any idea about this ?

Use a CI Cam compatible with your subscription.
