Solo2 Problem with one Tuner

Let me ask your advice. In fact I have a Vu SOLO2 which works fine with a 500GB HDD 2.5; I replaced the HDD with a 1TB, which appears to be faulty at times. And I found only one tuner works now, even after removing the defective hard disk.
It's not a signal problem with the cables or the parable because the tuner A, the signal displays 95% of SNR.
What advice would you give me to correct the problem please?
In advance thank you

You stated you only had one LNB, with 4 outputs, which means you can only get one satellite, unless it is a 6 degree monoblock LNB, in which case you can get Astra 1, 19.2E and Hotbird, 13E.
As paolino requested, can you please post more details, regarding your dish set up.

I have a LNB monobloc (2 heads & 4 outputs) like here:
Code:
http://www.satenco.com/fr/763-lnb-monobloc-quad
Tuner A: Hotbird & Astra
Tuner B: Hotbird & Astra
It worked very well since 1 year; the problem arrived when i put the unworked hard disk Inside ( Sorry for my English: i'm french..)
Thanks

What do you mean ?

Tuner A: Hotbird & Astra
Tuner B: Hotbird & Astra

You may have only one satellite on tuner

example

Tuner A: Astra
Tuner B: Hotbird

A monoblock is a simple method of using two LNB's without the need for a Diseqc switch, so if it is working properly he should be able to get both Astra 1, 19.2E, and Hotbird, 13E, on both tuners.

If you have easy access, to the dish, I'd try switching LNB ports, as you have 4 of them, if this fails then try running just one cable, at a time, from each port, to each tuner, and see if everything works correctly.

@Phane :
Summary : Seems that your Tuner B is gone. (To be sure, configure B only, leaving A "not configured")
I've been considering 80 cm dish and LNB like this :
Code:
http://www.inverto.tv/products/product.php?section=1&id=97&cat=36
Like 2 single Quads and 4 Diseqc 1.0 inside.

PS : Your box should be still in warranty.

Hello,
I do like you ask me: If i do not confugure Tuner A, Tuner B works. If i don't configure TunerB, A works... I'm going crazy!
The warranty must be 1 or 2 years please?
Thanks
