Easy delete the skin , log with ftp and search for the skin folder , user/share/enigma2 and delete the skin and restart gui , it will restart with default skin , then you can go to skin setup and choose another one
 
And as an advice do not install other skins , use only those on OBH feed , otherwise you will have to reflash your box everytime a skin cause a problem .. i have experienced that a lot

but I wonder why unsuitable skins present in blugins download
I thought that these plug ins is ok to be installed

Well some skins will be installed and work at first , but later you will start get craches and if you dont hurry to delete that skin it may make the whole image stop and you have to reflash your box , so as i said use skins from feed they work smoothly and without problems
