Problem with ***** plugin install

Today I received my new Vu+zero. Installed Black Hole 3.0.3 and tried to install plugins. The instalation is always failing. First I get a message saying "wget:error getting response". The same message is shown a few more times and then it shows a log with a few errors and then the conclusion of the instalation.
When I look for the plugin I can't find it. The same happened with the TS panel plugin. I tried with Black Hole 3.0.2, with different versions of TS panel and others. Always the same problem.
If someone can give me any ideas it will be very much appretiated.
