problem with recording disk full

hi I am a new owner of VU+duo and i have blackhole 1.6.4 installed last night i had a recording of the gadget show running and with 5 minutes to go this message appeared write failure harddrive full? I have a 500gb hd fitted and I initialized it in the harddrive menu any idea as to why as i can watch avi files that have been ftp'd to hdd/media/movies, and timeshift works

Try what Dzoni tells, and check also if recordings are setted in hdd/movie.
