problem with services

I am a newbie and I've been trying to setup my VU+ duo2 box with black hole 2.0.7.1 and have 2 problems.

I've setup my satellite dish and I can see that when I go through my satellites list I see they are all 'locked-on' in the satfinder.
However when I try to setup my default services list it only gives me Astra (19.2E).

When I attempt an automatic scan it refuses to use USALS to align my dish up with that satellites whose services are being scanned. I've setup each satellite in the receptions settings to use USALS. So unsure why the position of the satellite is not changed when scanning services?

Any help much appreciated.
 
Guys, the problems relating to [2] seem to have sorted itself out when I tried doing the service scan for the second time. I'm guessing when the scan is complete then [1] will show all the services. If not, then I'll report back here.
