Problem with some channels in satellite 75 East

Dear BH developers,

For long time available problem with two channels in satellite 75 East:

11473 V 22500 3/4 - MIR PREMIUM HD
11559 V 22000 5/6 - MIR HD

Black screen in both channels - only sound.

I would like to ask you - can you make some corrections in BH image that we can watch this two channels?

Are all channels, on those frequencies, not showing a picture?
Usually that means that they are encrypted, even though they are listed as FTA.
Are other receivers opening these channels?

Problem only with these two channels for long time. I would like to stress that with another images (for example VTI) no problem with opening these channels (they are FTA).
 
Then you need to check that the channels have scanned in correctly, including the VPID information, you can do this using dreamboxedit, and downloading your channel list.
Have you scanned in the channels yourself?
I have no access, to this satellite, so I can't confirm if they open, or not.
Which satellite receiver do you have?
Have you tried Open Black Hole?

I always use dreamboxedit, I am experienced with it. I always scan all the channels by myself. By putting VPID in those two channels it doesn't work - only sound and black screen.
I have VU+ SOLO 4K. It is sad that you don't have access to satellite 75East. I didn't try to install Open Black Hole. I only did VTI - these two channels work.
Maybe other BH image developers can solve this problem?
 
I like BH, OpenBH image is a little bit different with BH, for example I don't know how to manually install cams, other plugins :)
