Problem with space on Flash!

I have a problem with the space available in the flash of the duo, I must have some process that writes about it and reaches 100% complete, finished giving me some screenshot of error "IOError: [Errno 28] No space left on device: '/ etc/enigma2/timers.xml'
The question is .... how I can leave the flash as I came from the factory .... is it possible? How might see which is the reason you have this problem?

Error always just skipping the "timers.xml"
In the picture that I put the flash is 90% but when I get the problem, I look and I have 100%

Tengo un problema con el espacio disponible en la flash del duo, debo de tener algun proceso que escribe sobre ella y la llega a llenar al 100%, termina dandome algun pantallazo de error "IOError: [Errno 28] No space left on device: '/etc/enigma2/timers.xml'
La pregunta es....como puedo dejar la flash como me vino de fabrica....¿es posible? ¿como podria ver cual es la razon de que tenga este problema?

El error siempre acaba saltandome en el "timers.xml"
En la foto que os pongo la flash esta al 90% pero cuando me da el problema, miro y lo tengo al 100%

First I would set up a swap file and then maybe move var to usb to create some space.
Also make sure you have your epg on your HDD

Epg in HDD is ok
swap file is autostar at 256 mb is ok
move var to usb.......how?symlink var /media/usb/var and copy all directory

cp -dPr /var/* /media/usb/var/

but....how copy the symlink in this directory...?

You can add a symbolic link using DCC
