Problem with subtitles DDplayer

Hello to all... I have an odd problem. I have installed the latest version of DDplayer and have configured everything, but when I want to download or to see if I can download a subtitle my Vu Solo gets stuck. I am using Black hole 1.7.9
Has anyone had a similar problem? What version should I install to get it to work? Thank you friends.
 
Did you make update to latest version - zero (0) button?
Also do your country have some internet limitation and filtering?
 
Well I have tried all versions but always the same it gets stuck. I am from Serbia and there shouldn't be a problem with internet. I dont know what to do.
