Problem with tuner A - B

hi all
i have a solo2 black hole image 2.0.9.1
with 2 diseqc - 16 in 1 out - 8 in 1 out
all sat working perfectly

but the problem with a hotbird 13e !

when adjust hotbird at tuner A + B
loses signal hotbird !

when setting hotbird canceled at tuner B only !

signal working perfectly .

For information : all sat setting Complies with diseqc

please help me

If all other satellites are working on both tuners
then it is a problem of satellite installation.
Or you wrongly configured 13E.
 
Have installed 2.0.9.1 , and works ok, but wen i try to go Menu-Setup-Serv,searching-Pos,Setup is showing Messages:
No Tuner is configured for use
with a diseqc positioner.
i have configured diseqc 8x1 and all is ok, just got that Messages even all is ok, is it wrong something with tuner or the Solo2. thnx
