Problem with vu+ ULTIMO 4K

I have recently bought vu+ ultimo 4k installed bh3. 09. I have attached universal lnb on tuner a slot 1 7 west and unicable inverto 2 Lnb hotbird on tuner B slot 1 and assigned rest of virtual tuner to tuner B.
Once is scan every thing is fine for a while but whenever I use PiP or quad pip. Tuner starts to become irresponsive.
Please any solution
