problema con infobar

hola tengo vu solo se v2 con bh 3.0.2 d..la ultima version
y tengo un problema que es :
en un canal , cuando deberia de cambiar de evento/programa en el infobar...pues no cambia.
os dejo foto:

The problem is not InfoBar but your EPG.
El problema no se INFOBAR más su EPG.
