problema con tdt usb visionet

Hi here! I'm new on this forum... My son changed BH to VTi and now I can't change it back because USB on front panel given't me to flash BH image. What can I do? I do it few times, but without any resultat.
 
After few attemptions I can see all names of services and programs (VTi image), but cannot to see nothing! Help me, please!
