Problema controllo volume

Salve a tutti, il telecomando del mio zero non regola più il volume è non va neanche il mute . La spia rossa si accende e anche l' infrarossi va . Ho provato con un altro vu zero e il difetto è uguale , quindi il problema è il telecomando. Vorrei sapere se esiste un reset o configurazione , oppure si è rotto e basta. Grazie in anticipo
