Problema installazione firmware

Ho il seguente problema, attualmente quando accendo il decoder compare come boot quello della blackhole, e successivamente parte la openpli. Il problema è che non riesco a installare un altro firmware, ho provato ben 3 chiavette usb. Quale potrebbe essere il problema?
