Problema mount hdd

Ciaoo,
mi succede una cosa strana...il device manager vede il disco ma mi dice che non è mappato, quindi cerco di fare un punto di mount ma dopo il riavvio non succede niente e rimane non mappato!
Any idea?

Dovresti fornire più informazioni per ricevere aiuto.
Tipo: quale modello Vu+ hai, di che tHDD parliamo, se è interno o esterno, com'è alimentato, ecc.
 
nessuno riesce ad aiutarmi? devo formattare il disco? peccato perchè perdo tutte le registrazioni........ non c'è modo di verificare se c'è qualcosa che non va è incredibile che il software mi vede il disco fisso ma non riesce a montarlo...
