Problema togliere pubblicità BH 1.7.6

Ciao a tutti, non riesco a capire come poter togliere la pubblicità con l'immagine BH 1.7.6
Ho cercato di seguire varie guide ma non ci riesco. Ci sono elle versioni precedenti che funzionano meglio ? Sono nuovo qui. Altra cosa, è possibile avere i settings in numerazione sky ? dal 100 quindi.
Se si come posso fare ? So che i settings Sif team sono così, non li posso installare sulla BH ?
