Problems audio Solo 4K

I the Only 4K for a week with image Black Hole and just tonight I realized that going into the audio menu by pressing the green: left feels - it feels stereo and right is mute. The thing does not arise if the selection Dolby. Rai HD is normal no right audio, Dolby is right but if I select the downstream (the first menu) if I select it does not feel right. with digital output seems all right. In Sony TV I do not feel the difference if I put on Stereo, however it is strange that if I press the right can not hear anything.
I did some tests with youtube and a video "tmonoscopio stereo test" using the headphones connected to the TV and channel separation is perfect, but in this case Black Hole does not allow to enter the audio menu. Returning to normal TV channels and selecting the audio menu in the stereo headphones look good if I select the left seems to be a mono signal but not placed on the left and right selecting full mute. If it is normal it is not a problem I do not think that transforms the stereo left channel only signal not feel well, indeed should feel alone on the left. If anyone has experiences about .... someone can check on their 4K if the right feel?
How do you bring up the TV screen with the mini Black Hole?
Thanks to those who can help me out.

Very strange.
What kind of DVB channels are you viewing?
With my 4K and Samsung in signature audio is correct and with all three settings I hear audio.
