I just installed the 1.7.5 firmware BlackHole and I have a Netgear NAS ReadyNAS NV +

But I have trouble making a mount point. My configuration of the mount manager, is this. (I've always worked in VU + and Dreambox)

Local share name: Almacen
Mount type: CIFS share
Server IP: MY LAN IP
Server share: /Media
Use as HDD replacement: YES
Mount options: rw
Username: MY USER of NV+
Password: MY PASSWORD of NV+

Local share name: Media
Mount type: CIFS share
Server IP: MY LAN IP
Server share: Almacen
Use as HDD replacement: YES
Mount options: rw
Username: MY USER of NV+
Password: MY PASSWORD of NV+

Try this.

As I could not fix it another way I tried it with NFS and I have the network storage unit mounted on the VU + Solo, I would still like to know if anyone has done it with CFIS or BUG is an image

Bug is in your NAS firmware or NAS configuration and not in the image.
I have network drive mounted with cifs.
I have mount public folder on network drive (NO PASS and NO USER Name)

Hello
I have a vu+ uno and a Ready Nas NV+.
I have two shares from the nas mounted on the uno in CIF mode.
From what I have seen on your screen shot, you are trying to use "media" as local share name.
I believe that this is a reserved name and is already in use by the system. Try to use another local share name.
Did you invert local share and server share?
Give also more details about version of the firmware on your NV+
You can also try to backup the file "/etc/enigma2/automounts.xml" in BH1.66 and restore it in BH1.75 and reboot.
Good luck:)

@Matrix10 - Why do you say that is a bug in the NAS? That makes no sense, the DM800 is working correctly, maybe a configuration error, but I already tried every combination that I remember and I did not succeed except with NFS.

I have not created a public folder directory I have my "Media" where are my files and if I need to use rw-user and password

@lsmirsat - The firmware version of my NV + is the RAIDiator 4.1.8 [1.00a043] The default shared directory is "media" but I change it to "Media"

That share is already in use has nothing to do, because for that is a NAS, so you can share files with multiple devices at once, unless it's a problem shared name already in use by VU + SOLO, makes testing renaming the shared directory, but do not think is the solution.

Also I can not do the backup of the configuration of 1.6.6 that I have not already installed, is a good idea should you did yesterday when the install: (

I leave you some pictures of the DM800 so you can see it is working properly.

Well this is something very strange.

The CFIS mount point is / media / movie / and NFS to / media / is sufficient, but if I restart the image, do not use the automount at startup, and I have to go to the options for NFS mount first and then change to CFIS for that failure, not detected.

The truth is I do not understand anything, I've been using CFIS and / Media / as mount point from the DM500 and have never had these problems.

If I find the solution I will tell you, thanks for replying I try to help

I use the same version or RAIDiator and have no problems.
From your sceen shot you are trying to use Media as a local share ( the share on the vu+ box).
On vu+ box, the media directory is a system directory.
Try mounting your NV+ as "Nas_Media" or "NV+_Media" on the vu and then changing the default movie directory in the settings.

Hi!

That's not a problem, for example DM800 also has a system folder called "media" but the mounting points are made in / mnt /

You can put a screenshot of your configuration?

Look this is an example of the folder paths.

Results of DM800
Code:
root@dm800:/# ls
MB_Images boot home proc tmp usr
autofs dev lib sbin usb var
ba etc media share usb1
bin hdd mnt sys usb2

Code:
root@dm800:/# mount
rootfs on / type rootfs (rw)
/dev/root on / type jffs2 (rw)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
udev on /dev type tmpfs (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw)
usbfs on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw)

and results of the VU+
Code:
root@vusolo:/# ls
autofs boot etc home media proc share tmp var
bin dev hdd lib mnt sbin sys usr

Code:

Anyway does not matter, I have now the solution is not too good but I prefer it before having to change all my file site.

Here is my automounts.xml file from my vu+ uno. All my settings are in there.
I have one mount to my ultimo HD and two to my NV+ Nas.

Also there is another problem.

My folder where my files are media is / media / movie, it really is a link to symbolico / Media / Dreambox / movie / but the word is censored Dreambox and if you try to write setopbox Dreambox is actually written.

I understand and VU + Dreambox are competitors, but do not understand the censorship.
