Problems watching TVE on Hotbird 8-13e

For too long time I've not been using my satellite equipment.
Now I am facing a problem which I need some help with.
my vu+ ultimo updated with last Enigma 3.01F is not capable of displaying both
TVE international and 24H which are FTA by Telefonica Spain

Though my understanding is poor, I noticed that some channels appear twice
and I managed to understand that each listing is for a different source meaning a different Satellite.
My attention was attracted by the fact the "problematic channels " appear just once.
and for them it is not indicated on which of the satellites where those channels appear.

Another starnge thing is that I am capable of seeing and explicitly determinate that that
Telesur (another TV station by this provider on Hotbird 8-13e are watchable).

Can anybody tell why can't I see those channels on mentioned satellite and if
in case the grayed out station is by accident on mentioned Hotbird 8-13e why can't I tell
this the case and more significantly why can't I watch them?

Where can I get a graphic illustration on how
all that thing of which satellite can be seen in a given set of coordinates
ans how and why a dish size can matter.
