Problems with hard drive

Hi all I've ungraded to latest vix image on my box all was working fine and all of a sudden the hard drive stopped working I now get

Write error while recording disk full?

I've taken the hd out n reformatted it bud still can't seem to get it running again I've even tried another hd n got same problem

On this Board we support BH images but we have a section for Vix images.
I think you should verify if your HDD is correctly mounted into your Image.

mounted but when i try create a single partition it just stays on the loading logo and ive left it for 40 mins its like the box locks up
