If you mean you are unable to scan them in ensure you have your settings correct, for a manual scan, HD channels are DVB-S2 8PSK, or DVB-S2 QPSK, while SD channels are scanned in using just DVB-S QPSK.
If it is something else then please provide more details, unless this question relates to encrypted channels, which cannot be discussed.
