Problems with searching with DVB-C tuner

Hi

I have a problem with my VU+UNO.
I'm using Blackhole 2.0.9 with a DVB-C tuner, but when I make automatic search the box didn't find all channels. I try a channel list with all channels and I can't see the channels in fault, I see EPG but there is no image.

Is this a problem on tuner settings?
Can someone help me?
 
They are visible on another box (the official one), the problem is on VU+ box...
I see lots of channels I subscribe, but there are +/-12 that I can't see.
Thar why I tell that the problem is on VU+
