I am new on the forum and I have a question. I recently noticed that while using OpenVPN the port number 3977, which I am usually connecting to, always looks like “open”. This has happened with the Black Hole 179 version. I personally find this awkward. Does someone know why this happens?
The conclusion to which I came is that perhaps I can always change the port number as I please, but it’s just a pure guess and maybe I am wrong. I’d really be interested in knowing why everytime I launch the program I most likely end up with the port already opened. Has maybe someone experienced something similar as well?
