Program Name twice in LCD4LINUX vu+duo2 display &VFD

Hello

Two questions;
In the default lcd4linux install on openpli I get the program name twice in the LCD display,
I can manipulate one but cannot get rid of the other one, any ideas?

Second question, what is the relationship between the VFD display and lcd4linux lcd/screen settings.
Cannot seem to configure layout of vcd display on lcd4linux.

Config is VU+ DUO2

Answer on question one, second name was displayed by picon, no actual picon image present.

Second question, I know you can 'customise' the layout of the VFD via skin_user in /etc/enigma2, but there seems to be a relationship with lcd4linux too via 'box skin LCD' but have no idea what tuning/reconfiguring you can do on the VFD display via LCD4LINUX.
