Provider on 7 OE won't open

Hi,
I have a Vu+ Ultimo with VTi image 5.0.
Would like to open transponder 11671V SID 0x1cd0 on 7 OE.
Scanning the transponder it don't open the radio channels. The only thing I see is the fire that is burning.
Can you give me some information on how to open this one. I have the same problem on 16OE. My old spider didn't had any problem to open this.

there is no transponder 11671, you meant 11617 I think
try to use fresh list and check if that works
or
use dreamboxedit download your existing list and check category of these channels - make sure ti's radio, not any other
