ralink 5572 chipset problem

I have Vu Duo receiver with Black Hole Vu+ Duo 2.0.5 Rev.B image with TL-WDN3200 wireless USB adaptor (ralink 5572 chipset).
My receiver recognizes the wireless adaptor, but modem does not give IP to the receiver.
What may be the problem?
