rats channel updater (fix for black hole 2.0.2)

over on another site where rat hangs out everyone has been working very hard to fix his auto channel list updater to work with black hole and this has finally been done

i will post the files here so you can see what needed to be changed i was wondering if this fix could be built into the later blackhole its a case of the bottom line being added

ftp to you box...got to folder "var"...then "etc".....then "opkg" then move my file across to that folder and replace your file
