RCSC problem

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with remote channel stream converter.
Hope someone can help please.
I have installed it on a Duo 1.
I download the channels from another receiver no problem.
When I look at the list, they are feint so can't be selected.

Do you mean feint or greyed out?
I'd check the satellites.xml files, on each receiver, as this can happen if the satellites are different, e.g. 4.8E, or 4.9E.

Thanks for the reply.
I am using RCSC with another box from the same receiver and that works fine.
