Read the script on your box

I need to change box, can I found on my old box the original script in order to load with telnet to the new one?

I think you used a wrong word with "script". It's always better to be as more precise as possible when you ask questions.
What exactly do you want to do? Saving your settings (channels)? saving your timers? your configurations? etc. etc.

I have a box with 2.1.6 blackhole with IPTV.

I have a new box with blackhole 3.0.5 and I want to put on it the IPTV setting that I have on the other box with 2.1.6

Which step I have to follow?

Use dreamboxedit to back up, and transfer, your channel list.

Set up a new folder, on your PC's desktop, and call it settings, default name, and location.
Download dreambox edit, unzip it, and start the program.
Go to Tools, and select Options.
Enter your old receivers IP Address, click Test IP and if it's working click the Save option.
Providing your old receiver is still working, and connected to your network.
Now go to File and Fast FTP download.

Does this happen when you use the Fast FTP download?
What Operating System, do you have, on your PC?
Does the Test IP Connection work?
Try using Dreamset, as this sometimes works where DreamboxEDIT doesn't:

win10, this error happen when on dreamboxedit I try to import setting from old box, I will try with dreamset.
One question, before to load setting on the new box, I have install some plugin on it?

No plugin needed, just connect to your receiver and FTP your list.

WHy don't you try simply by OpenWebIF and its bouquet editor? It is easily able to export / import settings.
