Realtek USB DVB-T tuner is not recognised

Hi!
With all previous releases (BH and Open BlackHole) my USB tuner was recognise and did work perfectly fine.
Now with new OpenBH 0.4 it is not recognised, simply it do not show up in the list. I am not 100% sure, but i should have RTL2832 chip inside (lost package).
Maybe i should some how initialise it? As i said, in previous releases it was - plug and play.
Could anybody give some advise?
