receiving audio but no image on a channel

hello,

i have make all the correct settings to receive this channel, and i have an active smartcard inside the vuplus.
i have tried this to another stb and works fine.
in the vuplus i receive only audio but no image. i have made a lot of changes but i can not see any image.
the strange thing is that i make recordings of this channel and i can see image and audio perfectly.
i can not see the image on the my tv.

is there anyone that can give me a tip???

Does it effect only 1 channel or all the same? What is the resolution that you try 2160p or 1080p? Do you directly connect your Solo 4K to the TV or through amplifier or other thing?
