Record and watch

I have searched the forum for an answer to this but can only find an answer in French language. I have a VU Solo2 with blackhole 2.15 installed. I have a motorised dish and a fixed dish on 28.2. Tuner A is set to advance using usals. Tuner B is set to simple Single . I can not record 1 channel and watch another. I would be grateful if someone could help.

In addition to my last post. I try to record BBC News and watch another channel. When the recording starts and I try to watch another channel the moving dish icon is displayed but never stops.
 
Possible problems with recording/watching encrypted channels are usually due to a wrong receiver software setup, however here discussions about decrypting subscribed channels are not allowed as per the forum rules.

The problem with the motorized dish icon might, or might not, be related to the previous problem, it's hard to say....
 
You don't need advanced, with your set up, unless you are also using a Diseqc switch and have both the fixed, and motorized, LNB's connected to both tuners.
If Tuner A has the motorized dish set Tuner A to Simple, mode to positioner and enter your latitude, and longitude.
If Tuner B has the fixed dish, on Astra 2, 28.2E, leave that as simple, fixed dish, Astra 28.2E.
If the moving dish icon is flashing, and never reaching the selected satellite, then you need to check if the motor is actually moving your dish. Try changing Tuner B to Not Configured, set Tuner A as above and see if the dish moves to the satellite.
You can also change the preferred tuner, go into Menu, System, Customise, change the top heading to Expert and scoll to Preffered Tuner and try it on A, and then B, to see if that helps.
If none of this works please post more details, regarding your motor, and how it's set up.
