Recording Issues (maybe tuner setup?)

Hey guys,

I’ve got a Vu+ Duo2. All is working fine apart from I can’t seem to record one channel and watch another. I have 2 dual dvb tuners. Currently the wire from the satellite (which splits into two) is plugged into A and C tuner (Tuner card 1 has A and B, Tuner Card 2 has C and D).

Is this correct or should the cable be plugged into A and B?

Any Ideas?
 
I would expect it to work on any 2 of the 4 tuners, Providing that you have configured the tuners correctly.

Why does it do? Does it record the channel you want? When you try to change channels, are the other channels greyed out except for the channel that is being recorded?
